All reservations must be submitted no later than 2PM Pacific Standard Time on
June 4, 2012. Any rooms not booked by this time will be released and may only be available after that time at the regular rate.

credit cards. The Hotel requires this information to secure your rooms.
If you need to cancel the entire block of rooms this must be submitted to our office in writing, by fax or email, no later than 2PM Pacific Standard Time on June 4, 2012. If it is received after this time, a minimum cancellation charge of 1 night’s room plus tax for each room may be applied at the hotel’s discretion.
All individual requests, changes and cancellations MUST be made through CSTT via the toll-free number or email and not directly with hotels. CSTT cannot be responsible for any changes or cancellations that are done directly with hotels.
